Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are currently recruiting caring, patient, and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to work across a range of supportive and welcoming schools throughout Bristol.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with a variety of additional needs including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support within the classroom
- Help create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and social development
- Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable but not essential
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Relevant qualifications or training in education, care, or SEND support are beneficial
