Learning Support Assistants - September 2026 Start
Location: Farnborough
Hours: Monday to Friday, term time only
Pay: £14.25 per hour
We are seeking to appoint Learning Support Assistants to join two specialist schools in Farnborough from September 2026. The schools support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN)-such as autism and complex learning and communication needs-and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Both settings offer structured and supportive environments, where staff work collaboratively to promote pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing on a day-to-day basis. This is a varied position that requires patience, adaptability and a proactive approach.

Previous experience in SEN or SEMH is desirable but not essential. Comprehensive training, guidance and ongoing support will be provided.
