SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT (PRIMARY)

Location: Aylesbury
Start: September 2026
Full Time: Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £90–£120 per day

As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, your role focuses on consistency, routine, and emotional support for pupils with additional needs.

What the Role Involves

• One‑to‑one SEN support
• Supporting emotional regulation and focus
• Reinforcing classroom routines
• Helping pupils remain engaged in learning
• Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff
• Recording observations when required

Skills Needed

• Calm, patient approach
• Strong boundaries and consistency
• Confidence supporting behaviour
• Ability to remain professional under pressure
