Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a committed and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist primary SEN setting. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with complex needs and helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.
About the School
The school supports pupils aged 5–11 with a range of additional needs, including Autism, Learning Difficulties, PMLD, CLDD, Sensory Processing Disorders, and complex neurological conditions. Many children are supported by CAMHS or are undergoing multi‑agency assessments. All pupils have an EHCP, or are in the assessment process.
Learning is delivered through highly personalised and adapted approaches to allow each child to develop at their own pace, both academically and emotionally.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, support staff, and families to provide consistent, compassionate care and targeted support. You will help to create a calm, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where children feel safe and valued.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
