Join Our Team as a Teaching Assistant in Oldham and Rochdale!
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to take on full-time Teaching Assistant roles available across Oldham and Rochdale, starting as soon as possible.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support to students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to reach their full potential. If you have experience or a genuine passion for working with SEN students, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a rewarding educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver focused 1:1 support and lead small group interventions
• Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored, engaging lessons
• Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour

• Are passionate about supporting young people, particularly those with SEN
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Are adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn
• Live in or can commute to Oldham, Rochdale, and surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
