• Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN
• Assist children with a range of needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
• Support learning, emotional regulation and social development
• Help create a safe, structured and inclusive environment
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff
• Implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies

• Experience supporting children with SEN (school or similar setting)
• A patient, empathetic and resilient approach
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• The right to work in the UK

• Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants
• Graduates in Psychology, Education or related fields

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
