We are seeking a compassionate, proactive and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing primary setting supporting pupils aged 3–11 with a range of learning needs including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children who require tailored support to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
About the Role:
As an SEN teaching assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, support staff and parents/carers to ensure nurturing, consistent and personalised support is available for pupils. You will play a key part in creating an accessible, safe and stimulating environment where every child can thrive, access learning, develop communication skills and make progress at their own pace, in line with their EHCPs.
