Are you resilient, compassionate, and passionate about helping young people thrive and overcome barriers to learning? Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and dynamic SEN school.
The school supports the unique needs of young people with a range of additional needs - Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Complex Learning Difficulties and Disabilities (CLDD), Autism and Sensory processing disorder. The school aims to provide consistent support for their pupils through adapted styles of learning.
The role provides a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and playing a key role in their academic success.
About the Role:
As an SEN teaching assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, support staff and parents/carers to ensure nurturing, consistent and personalised support is available for pupils. You will play a key part in creating an accessible, safe and stimulating environment where every child can thrive, access learning, develop communication skills and make progress at their own pace, in line with their EHCPs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
