Teaching Personnel are seeking a confident, proactive and resilient Primary and Secondary School SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Oldham. This rewarding role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential.
The school is a high-quality alternative to mainstream provision for children with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) or Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) across the 4 to 19 age range.

About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, support staff, and families to ensure each pupil receives compassionate, structured, and personalised support. Your role will involve helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where pupils can grow academically, emotionally, and socially, developing at a pace that meets their individual needs.
