About the Role As the school’s SEN hub TA, you will:
- Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs
- Assist with personalised learning plans and one‑to‑one or small‑group support
- Help create a calm, nurturing and structured learning space
- Work closely with the SENCO, teachers and wider inclusion team
- Support pupils’ social, emotional and communication development
- Use strategies to promote independence and positive behaviours
This role would suit someone who is compassionate, adaptable and confident working within a specialist provision.
