Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Worker to deliver tailored 1:1 support within a welcoming and inclusive school in High Wycombe. This is a full-time role where you’ll play a key part in helping a child thrive both academically and emotionally.

Your Role:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism (ASC)
- Support learning through tailored interventions and structured routines
- Help develop communication, social, and emotional skills
- Work closely with teachers and SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting SEN pupils, ideally with Autism (ASC)
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient personality
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils
- Knowledge of phonics or structured learning approaches (desirable)
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed
