Teaching Personnel are supporting a welcoming mainstream primary school in Blackpool that is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated KS2 Hub Provision. The hub supports pupils with a range of additional needs who benefit from a quieter, structured environment that helps them engage positively with their learning.

The school is looking for a calm, consistent and skilled practitioner who can build strong relationships and provide high‑quality support to pupils with varying SEN needs.


  • Supporting KS2 pupils within a small SEN provision/hub
  • Providing 1:1 and small‑group support tailored to individual needs
  • Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and communication difficulties
  • Helping children with emotional regulation and behaviour support
  • Following EHCP targets and personalised plans
  • Working closely with the SENCO, class teachers and external professionals
  • Helping maintain a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment for pupils

Experience supporting SEN in a school or provision setting is essential
