Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join several Grimsby primary. You will be assiting with pupils with a diverse range of complex needs and challenging behaviors.

Role Overview

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one or group support to facilitate learning and interventions.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to assist in behavior management and support student learning.
  • Offer social and emotional support to students.
  • Promote positive behavior within the school environment.
  • Work hours: 08:30-15:30.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have experience in the care industry, social work, or support work (preferred but not essential).
  • Possess a genuine passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
  • Demonstrate patience, energy, and confidence in managing challenging behaviors.
  • Are specialists in behavior management.
  • Have a proactive "can-do" attitude and are eager to tackle challenges.
