Key responsibilities include:

Building positive relationships with students, providing emotional support, and promoting self-confidence

‍ Collaborating with classroom teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver tailored interventions and programs

Observing student progress, identifying barriers to learning, and implementing targeted interventions to address individual needs

Supporting students with personal care, mobility, and sensory needs as required

Maintaining accurate records, monitoring student achievements, and communicating progress to relevant stakeholders
