Education and Training

£85 - £100 Per day

  • Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development
  • Assisting the classroom teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons for SEN children
  • Providing one-on-one support to pupils who require additional help
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) children with SEN
  • A relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Education or relevant field

At least 1 year of experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs

  • Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support children with SEN
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual pupil needs
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to Special Educational Needs
  • Higher-level qualification in Special Educational Needs
  • Additional training in behaviour management techniques
  • Work primarily takes place in a classroom setting
  • May require some physical activity such as assisting students with mobility
  • Work hours may vary based on the school's schedule

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
