The role:

• To establish and maintain positive relationships with young people.
• To proactively de-escalate challenging behaviour.
• To support the engagement of learning with classroom, group and 1 to 1 based intervention.
• Committed to be part of the school’s vision and ethos.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a EYFS, KS1 or KS2 environment.
• Supporting teachers with preparing classroom-based activities.
• Adapting support depended on behaviour.
• Group or 1-1 intervention for Numeracy / Literacy additional support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
