We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support students in the Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire areas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Implement strategies and interventions to support the academic and social development of students.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children or young people with SEN.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to the diverse needs of students.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • A genuine passion for supporting the educational development of children with SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
