Are you enthusiastic about supporting children with special educational needs? Do you want to make a positive difference in their lives? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in the Tiverton area!

Role Overview:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children who require additional support in their learning journey. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one assistance, aiding in classroom activities, and ensuring the educational needs of SEN students are met.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Provide constant support to students inside and outside of the classroom environment

-          A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children

-          Ability to form strong relationships with children

-          Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the varying needs of the students and classroom environment

-          Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

-          Help build a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
