Key Responsibilities:

  1. Individualised Support: Work closely with students on a one-to-one or small group basis, providing tailored support according to their specific needs and abilities.

  2. Classroom Assistance: Assist classroom teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting learning materials to accommodate diverse learning styles.

  3. Emotional Support: Foster a supportive and nurturing environment where students feel valued, understood, and encouraged to overcome challenges.

  4. Communication: Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure continuity of care and support for each student.

  5. Progress Monitoring: Track student progress and development, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to the ongoing assessment and evaluation process.

Qualifications:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
