Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £77 - £95 Per day

  • Supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) in their learning and development
  • Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students
  • Providing one-to-one support or small group support to pupils as needed
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons
  • Monitoring and recording pupil progress
  • Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
  • Experience working in a school or educational setting
  • Experience supporting individuals with SEN
  • Understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support them
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic classroom environment
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
  • Working in a classroom setting
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
  • Temporary position with the possibility of extension

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
