Job Description:

Are you a compassionate and skilled Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in a reputable Primary School? We have a Part-time 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant role available in Wallasey (CH44) working alongside a delightful child in EYFS. This temporary position, covering a staff absence, will run from the remainder of the academic year. The school holds a high regard for the SENCO and Headteacher, earning praise from staff, parents, and children alike.

Responsibilities:

Student Support: Provide individualized assistance to students with special educational needs, focusing on their learning and developmental requirements.

Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement personalized learning plans and strategies.

Resource Preparation: Assist in preparing teaching materials and resources that cater to the specific needs of SEN students.

Classroom Assistance: Support the teacher in maintaining an organized and inclusive classroom, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere for all students.

Behavioural Support: Implement behaviour management techniques and interventions to promote positive behaviour and social interactions.
