We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of our students. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and have experience working with children, especially those with special needs.

DUTIES:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs or disabilities.
- Support students in their social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to assess student progress and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Provide assistance with daily tasks, such as mealtime, toileting, and personal care for students who require it

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience working with vulnerable people with Special Educational Needs or has experience in a care / support setting.
-A level 2 or higher qualification in Health and Social Care, Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, parents/guardians, and other staff members.
- Confident working with children on a 1:1 or group basis.
