Full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant – Crosby, Merseyside

Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a school located in the Crosby (L23). This position entails working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, focusing on providing dedicated support to a Year 3 child with SEMH on a one-on-one basis. The child himself is a bright and personable pupil, however, does have difficulties staying on track within the classroom. The role would therefore involve supporting this pupil in accessing the curriculum and learning, in addition to assisting with behaviour management. Experience of working with SEND would therefore be beneficial for this role, however, this is not essential, and other experience will also be considered.

Working hours: 8:45-15:30 (Monday-Friday)

Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour

This is a fixed term position: April 2024 – July 2024 (with a view to go on longer into the 2024/25 academic year).

The successful candidate will be paid on a weekly basis.
