Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Autism, SEN, SEMH, Teaching Assistant, Learning support

  • Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development
  • Assisting the class teacher in implementing individual education plans for students
  • Providing one-to-one support to students with Autism, SEMH, and other learning difficulties
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Collaborating with the SENCO and other staff members to ensure the best support for students
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Experience working with students with SEN

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

  • Understanding of Autism, SEN, SEMH, and other learning difficulties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Patience and empathy when working with students
  • Experience in a similar role within an educational setting
  • Additional training in SEN support

This role involves working in a school setting with students with special educational needs. The work may require patience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to various learning styles and needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
