As an SEN Education Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to engage directly with one young person, tailoring your approach to be 100% focused on their unique needs and requirements. We are looking for individuals from diverse backgrounds, with varied experiences in connecting with young learners and supporting them in overcoming barriers to learning within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with children having SEN & SEMH needs.
  • Engage young people facing a variety of barriers to their learning.
  • Inspire hope for a better future.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in education.
  • Commitment to and understanding of Safeguarding principles.
  • Proven experience in engaging young people with complex and challenging behaviors.
  • Availability for at least 4 days per week.
  • Access to personal transportation, willing to travel within a 15-mile radius.

Working hours align with school opening times (08:30-15:30), providing flexibility in working days to accommodate your schedule, occasionally limited to mornings or afternoons.
