SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Cambridge, UK

Teaching Personnel are seeking compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to provide tailored support to students with diverse needs, fostering their academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support and assistance in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster an inclusive learning environment and assist in developing essential skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and professionals to monitor student progress and implement behaviour management strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience with SEN students preferred.
  • Relevant education or childcare qualification advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and resilience essential.
