Are you an SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a new and rewarding role in education?

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs?

One of our partnership SEN schools in South Manchester are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team!

They offer a wide range of fantastic facilities to support children’s learning and development while also developing and encouraging vital life skills.

In this role as an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support children with complex learning needs such as Autism, Down syndrome, and Cerebral palsy in a variety of age groups
  • Monitor children’s learning and development
  • Prepare resources for exciting and engaging lessons
  • And much more!

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working with children with SEN in a school/ care setting or through personal experience
  • A genuine passion for support children with SEN
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Full time availability within school hours
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service- This can be applied for through Teaching Personnel

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
