Your Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will contribute to the success of students aged 5-19 facing diverse challenges, including autism, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and associated behavioral difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN, including those with autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning challenges.
  • Assist students with academic tasks, including reading, writing, and numeracy.
  • Implement individualized learning strategies and accommodations outlined in students' education plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social and emotional well-being of all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to assess student progress and adjust support strategies as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns or questions.

Working Hours: Full-time positions available, Monday to Friday. Initial contracts are temporary, with the potential for permanent roles.
