Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? We’re working with a highly regarded specialist SEN secondary school in Leatherhead that is looking for dedicated TAs to join their supportive team.

You’ll be supporting young people with a range of additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop independence and reach their full potential in a specialist learning environment.

The Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support throughout the school day.

  • Support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH and complex learning needs.

  • Assist with personalised learning, classroom activities and daily routines.

  • Encourage positive behaviour, communication, social development and independence.

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists and other professionals.

  • Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive environment for all pupils.

We’re Looking For:

  • Previous SEN experience is essential.

  • Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs.

  • A calm, patient, resilient and proactive approach.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them succeed.
