A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Milton Keynes is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their support team for the new academic year. This role will involve working closely with pupils with additional needs, providing tailored classroom support and helping to create a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.

The school is part of a supportive multi-academy trust, offering excellent collaboration opportunities, shared SEN resources, and ongoing professional development.

Your Responsibilities:
• Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Assist with classroom learning and intervention activities
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and engagement
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupil progress
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

Essential Job Requirements:
• Previous experience supporting children with SEND
• Patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
