We are working in partnership with inclusive and nurturing primary schools in Market Road, Thrapston, who are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants. These schools genuinely value their support staff and the vital role they play in pupils’ development.

The Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support
  • Support pupils with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
  • Help create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience with SEND (personal or professional)
  • Demonstrates patience, empathy, and consistency
  • Builds strong relationships and trust quickly
