Location: WR3
Pay: £85 - £100 Per day (Based on experience)
Contract – Full time Monday–Friday until end of academic year.

Smile Education is currently recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Worcester.
This role will involve supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them access the curriculum and develop confidence.

The Role

• Provide classroom support for SEN pupils
• Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions
• Assist with emotional and behavioural needs
• Work closely with teaching staff
• Help maintain an inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

• Experience working with children with SEN
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Good communication skills
• DBS required or willingness to obtain one
