Teaching Personnel is recruiting a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming one-form entry primary school in Addington.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Support children with needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning difficulties, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised support and adapt learning activities.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive social interactions.
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and engagement throughout the school day.
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to observations and reviews.
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where every child can succeed.
