Job Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN.
• Support small groups with activities in and outside the classroom.
• Assist teachers with the implementation of EHCPs.
• Support students with their learning, behaviour, and emotional development.
• Monitor and record student progress.
• Build positive relationships with students and encourage independence.
