Location: Tonypandy, Rhondda Cynon Taf
Contract: Full Time, Until the End of the Academic Year
Pay Rate: £172.98 per day
Start Date: 1st November

Teaching Personnel is proud to be recruiting for a brand new specialist SEN school opening in the Tonypandy area. This is a unique opportunity to join the school at the beginning of its journey and play a key role in creating a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for pupils with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN).

As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils. Working closely with Teaching Assistants, support staff, and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will help pupils develop academically, socially, emotionally, and personally.

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.

• Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Additional Learning Needs (ALN).

• Create a safe, nurturing, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Develop and implement personalised learning approaches where required.

• Use a range of teaching strategies to support different learning styles and abilities.
