Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist primary school in Bury to recruit an exceptional Class Teacher for September 2026.
This specialist setting supports pupils aged 3-11 years with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The school is seeking a skilled and passionate educator who is committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for children with complex needs.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced SEN practitioner who understands the importance of personalised learning, communication development, and preparing pupils for greater independence. Previous SEN teaching experience within a specialist setting is essential.
As a Class Teacher, you will lead a dedicated classroom team, delivering highly personalised learning programmes tailored to each pupil's individual strengths, needs, and EHCP outcomes.
You will create an engaging, inclusive, and structured learning environment where pupils can develop academically, socially, emotionally, and functionally. Working alongside Teaching Assistants, therapists, and families, you will play a key role in ensuring every child can access meaningful learning opportunities and achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permane
