At Supply Desk, we know that those first steps into teaching really matter especially if your experience and passion lie within SEN. That's why we work closely with schools across West Sussex to help ECTs like you gain meaningful, varied experience in supportive environments where you can truly make an impact.
We're currently looking for ECTs with SEN experience to join us from the Autumn term, starting on a flexible supply basis with the goal of helping you find the right long-term or permanent role when you're ready.
