Are you a passionate educator with experience supporting pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)?
Supply Desk is seeking a PMLD Specialist Teacher to join dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings across Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with complex learning and physical needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

We're seeking a teacher who is:

  • Experienced or passionate about supporting pupils with PMLD and complex needs.

  • Patient, creative, and able to deliver differentiated, sensory-based learning.

  • Skilled at working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams (therapists, teaching assistants, carers, etc.).

  • A strong communicator who can build meaningful connections with both students and their families.

  • A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) - though we also welcome unqualified teachers or instructors with significant SEN experience.
