We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a specialist environment supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and a wide range of learning differences.
This role is perfect for a teacher with a strong moral purpose, a therapeutic mindset, and a commitment to personalised, meaningful education.
As an SEN Teacher, you will lead a small, highly supported class of learners with diverse communication, emotional, sensory and academic needs. You will plan structured, differentiated lessons that promote engagement, regulation, and independence-while ensuring every pupil feels valued, understood, and safe.
You will play a key part in shaping holistic development, celebrating small wins, and supporting pupils to build the confidence and skills they need for life.
A recognised PGCE (QTS) is required for this role.
Candidates must hold a current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, covering both Adult & Child workforce categories.
