SEN Primary School Teacher - Southampton
Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 per annum (MPS/UPS - to scale)

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking dedicated and passionate SEN Primary School Teachers to work within specialist provisions in the Southampton area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.

You will be teaching primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs, which may include:

• Autism (ASC)
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties
• Speech, Language and Communication Needs

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual education plans (EHCPs), supporting pupils' academic progress, social development and emotional wellbeing.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Have experience working within an SEN or specialist primary setting
• Be confident adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and nurturing skills
• Be patient, creative and committed to inclusive education

• Current QTS
• Enhanced Child Only DBS registered on the Update Service
• Right to work in the UK
• Recent, relevant teaching experience
