SEN Secondary School Teacher - Portsmouth
Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 per annum (MPS/UPS - to scale)

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking dedicated and passionate SEN Secondary School Teachers to work within specialist provisions in the Portsmouth area. 

You will be teaching secondary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs, which may include:

• Autism (ASC)
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties
• Communication and interaction needs

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning plans, supporting pupils' academic progress as well as their personal development.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Have experience working within an SEN or specialist setting (secondary preferred)
• Be confident adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
• Be patient, resilient and committed to inclusive education

• Current QTS
• Enhanced Child Only DBS registered on the Update Service
• Right to work in the UK
• Recent, relevant teaching experience
