Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the educational needs of children with a variety of learning difficulties.
*
Employ special educational strategies and techniques during instruction to improve the development of sensory- and perceptual-motor skills, language, cognition, and memory.
*
Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and specialists to develop support plans that cater to the individual needs of students.
*
Monitor and assess the progress of students and adapt lessons accordingly.
*
Participate in ongoing professional development to ensure best practices in SEN education.

Requirements:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
*
A recognized SEN qualification or a strong willingness to undertake further training.
*
Experience in teaching or supporting children with special educational needs.
*
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and foster collaborative relationships.
*
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for engaging students and managing diverse classroom dynamics.
*
A compassionate approach and a commitment to inclusive education.
