Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic and personal development.

3. Work closely with support staff and external agencies to create and implement individual education plans.

4. Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in meetings to discuss student performance and interventions.

5. Collaborate with parents, carers and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Experience working with students with SEN

- Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

At least 2 years of experience working as a SEN Teacher

- Strong understanding of SEN policies and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students

- Additional training in specific areas of SEN, such as autism or dyslexia

- Experience in using assistive technology to support student learning

- Regular interaction with students, parents, and external agencies

- Potential for additional training with our exclusive CPD acadmey

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
