An esteemed primary SEN school in Bolton is eagerly seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team for a September start. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the education and development of students with Special Educational Needs in a supportive and enriching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the unique needs and abilities of students with SEN.
  • Implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student progress and achievement.
  • Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the holistic development of each student.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, and providing feedback to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working with students with SEN.
  • A deep understanding of SEN pedagogy and best practices in inclusive education.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability in working with diverse learning needs.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of students with SEN.
