Pay: £150 - £210 Per day (Based on experience)
Contract – Full time opportunity Monday–Friday until end of academic year.

Smile Education is supporting a well-established secondary school in Bromsgrove in their search for an SEN Teacher.

This position offers the opportunity to support KS3 and KS4 students with a range of additional needs, helping them to succeed both academically and personally.

The Role

• Deliver differentiated lessons across the secondary curriculum
• Support pupils with EHCPs and additional needs
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies
• Track progress and adapt teaching accordingly
• Liaise with SENCO and pastoral teams
• Encourage independence and engagement

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status essential
• Previous SEN experience
• Experience with SEMH or Autism beneficial
