SEN Teacher - Primary & Secondary Setting | Rochdale | Full-Time | September Start (ASAP Available)
Are you a passionate teacher looking to make a genuine difference in young people's lives? Do you want a role where your impact goes beyond the classroom? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and inspiring SEN Teacher to join a supportive specialist school in the Rochdale area, starting in September, with flexibility for an earlier start.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work with pupils who require additional support, including those with autism (ASC), ADHD, and moderate to complex learning needs. The school focuses on delivering a personalised curriculum that supports academic progress, emotional development, and independence.
The school provides a structured and nurturing environment where every pupil is supported as an individual. You will be part of a collaborative team of teachers, teaching assistants, and SEN specialists who are committed to achieving the best outcomes for all learners.
Smaller class sizes and high levels of support allow you to build strong relationships and adapt your teaching to meet individual needs. The leadership team is approachable and places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and professional development.
The school benefits from excellent facilities, including sensory rooms, breakout spaces, and well-equipped classrooms. It is easily accessible via public transport and offers on-site parking.
You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support a range of learning needs. Alongside academic progress, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development.
