SEN Teacher - Inspire, Support and Transform Learning
We're looking for a compassionate, creative and committed SEN Teacher to join our team and help deliver a truly personalised learning experience for our young people. If you're passionate about multi‑sensory, holistic teaching and want to make a meaningful difference every day, this role offers the chance to do exactly that.
About the Role
As an SEN Teacher, you'll work with learners aged between 7 and 19 in small groups, delivering an engaging, flexible curriculum to KS3/4 learners at our alternative provision site, with occasional cover at our other Mansfield sites. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues to design innovative, multi‑sensory learning experiences that support each child's individual needs, interests and goals. The students you'll be teaching have ASC, SEMH, Cognition and learning needs.
Your teaching will focus on building confidence, improving engagement and helping learners progress academically, socially and emotionally - all while ensuring their safety, wellbeing and inclusion remain at the heart of everything you do.
