SEN Support Worker New

If you have experience supporting children or adults with additional needs, you could have highly transferable skills that make you an excellent fit for a role in education.

• Experience as a Support Worker, Care Worker or in a similar support role
• Experience working with individuals with SEN, autism, learning difficulties or complex needs
• A patient, caring and resilient approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals to develop and achieve their potential
• A willingness to learn and develop within an educational environment

• Supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small-group basis
• Helping pupils develop communication, independence and social skills
• Supporting learning and classroom activities
• Providing emotional and behavioural support
• Working closely with teachers and other professionals
• Helping create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment

Location: Bolton

Schools: Specialist SEN settings and mainstream schools with specialist provision
