A nurturing and inclusive school in Clitheroe is looking for a dedicated SEN Support Worker to join their team from September.

The successful candidate will provide classroom and one-to-one support for students with additional learning needs, helping them access education and achieve positive outcomes.

  • Provide tailored support for pupils with SEN.
  • Assist with academic, social and emotional development.
  • Support learning activities in and out of the classroom.
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents.
  • Encourage independence and confidence.
  • Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
  • Compassionate, patient and resilient attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
