We are seeking an experienced and motivated SEN Science Lead Teacher to join various teaching hubs in the East Midlands (30min-50min drive between the three locations). This role supports children and young people aged 7 to 19 who require a more personalised approach to education and may find mainstream settings challenging.
You will play a key role in leading Science teaching across the provision, delivering high‑quality lessons and shaping a curriculum that meets the needs of learners through one‑to‑one support, small groups and vocational‑style settings. Alongside teaching, you will provide guidance and support to colleagues, helping to maintain strong practice and positive outcomes for students.
This is a hybrid role, combining classroom teaching with dedicated time for leadership responsibilities, including curriculum development, quality assurance and staff support. You will work closely with senior staff to track progress, identify areas for improvement and ensure consistent standards across sites.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
